The IP address you are using

Notification of successful retrieval and the amount of data transferred

Browser used, browser version, and operating system
The host name of your computer
This data is collected based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in the secure operation and optimization of our online services. The data is stored for a maximum of 7 days and is then automatically deleted (subject to statutory retention in the event of concrete suspicion of abuse).
To manage cookies and similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and to fulfill our obligation to provide documentation under the GDPR, we use the consent management tool Complianz. When you visit our website, your consent to certain data processing activities (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Maps) is requested and documented in a cookie in your browser. The legal basis for using this tool is the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
We use technically necessary cookies to provide core functions of our online services (e.g., language selection via Polylang, storage of consent status). Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in a functional and user-friendly website.
If you contact us via e-mail or a contact form, your details will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries). Your messages will be archived within the scope of statutory retention periods (up to 6 or 10 years for business letters/invoices).
Subscription to our newsletter takes place via a double-opt-in process. The processing of your data is based exclusively on your voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or informally by e-mail.
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics (version Google Analytics 4) and the Google Tag Manager for managing and controlling website scripts on our website. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
Scope of Processing: Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze your user behavior on our website. This involves collecting data such as your truncated IP address, device information, pages viewed, duration of visit, click paths, scrolling behavior, conversions (e.g., form submissions), and the originating website (referrer). The information generated by the cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP Anonymization: We use Google Analytics exclusively with activated IP anonymization. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
Legal Basis: Data processing and the setting of the corresponding cookies take place exclusively on the basis of your express consent via our Complianz consent banner pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG.
Third-Country Transfer: An adequacy decision by the EU Commission exists for the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Google is certified under this framework, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection for data transfers to the USA.
Storage Period and Revocation: Data sent by us and linked to cookies at user and event level (e.g., events) are automatically deleted after 14 months. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by adjusting your cookie settings via the Complianz button (bottom left of our website). Alternatively, you can prevent collection by Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Data Processing Agreement: We have entered into a data processing agreement (Data Processing Terms) with Google, in which Google undertakes to process the data of our website visitors strictly in accordance with our instructions and not to pass it on to third parties.
We embed interactive map material from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) on our website to make it easier for you to find our locations (e.g., headquarters, delivery zones).
Legal Basis: Data processing and the establishment of a connection to Google servers take place exclusively on the basis of your prior, express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Two-Step Solution (Complianz Script-Blocking): We embed Google Maps via an HTML iframe, which is blocked by default by our consent tool Complianz. No data is transmitted to Google when you open the page. Only when you actively give your consent in the cookie banner or directly within the blocked map area will the map be loaded and your IP address and browser data be transmitted to Google (possibly to the USA, secured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
We embed videos from the YouTube platform (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Embedding takes place in enhanced privacy mode and is also blocked by default by our consent tool. Data transmission to YouTube servers or the Google DoubleClick network only occurs after you have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research, and optimization purposes using the SalesViewer® technology of SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). For this purpose, a JavaScript-based code is used to collect company-related data. The data is encrypted via a one-way function (hashing) and immediately pseudonymized. You can object to this collection at any time under https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out.
As part of the operation and maintenance of the technical infrastructure of our WordPress website (including Elementor Pro extensions), data is processed on an instructional basis by our web hosting provider as well as by IT service providers commissioned by us by way of a legally compliant data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
We process personal master data (e.g., name, address), communication data (e.g., telephone number, e-mail address), contractual master data, customer history, billing and payment data, as well as planning data for the business relationship. As a rule, this data is collected directly from you.
We process your data for the duration of an active business relationship. If you have not had any contact with us for 5 consecutive years, master data will be deleted in the following year, provided that no statutory retention obligations (e.g., 10 years for invoices pursuant to § 147 of the German Fiscal Code / AO) or legal defense interests conflict with this.
Processing is carried out for the initiation or fulfillment of contractual obligations based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Postal or electronic advertising communication regarding similar products of our own is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in conjunction with § 7 (3) of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG). You can object to this use at any time.
We transfer your data to parcel service providers/forwarding companies within the scope of delivery, to banks for payment processing, and to customs authorities for exports. If you inquire about markets that we do not serve directly, we will forward your data to our regional sales partners for specific purposes on the basis of Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR.
As a data subject affected by data processing, you have the right to:
Access to your data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
Erasure of your data (“Right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR)
Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
Data portability in a structured format (Art. 20 GDPR)
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (e.g., the State Commissioner for Data Protection of your federal state or place of work).
If we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
You can object to processing for the purpose of direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
